We are seeking a strategic and highly motivated Product Owner to lead the development of our digital products. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team. Your mission is to translate a high-level product vision into a detailed, actionable backlog while ensuring that the final product delivers maximum value to our users and the business.

### Key Responsibilities

* Backlog Management: Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog. You will ensure that the team always works on the most impactful features by balancing technical debt, user requests, and business goals.

* Requirement Grooming: Transform complex business requirements into clear, concise User Stories with well-defined Acceptance Criteria.

* Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Executives), managing expectations and communicating the product roadmap clearly.

* Sprint Participation: Play a central role in Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Reviews, to provide clarity and quick decision-making for the development team.

* Product Validation: Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of released features and use data-driven insights to iterate on the product.

### Requirements & Qualifications

* Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment.

* Technical Savvy: While this is not a coding role, you must understand the technical architecture of web and mobile applications to have meaningful discussions with developers.

* Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to articulate "the why" behind a product decision to both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Certification: CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or similar certification is highly preferred.

* Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using analytics tools (like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar) to track user behavior.
