Everyone knows that China is known for its manual labor. I mean, you really can't blame those huge designer clothing companies for choosing China as a place to produce their clothing. Its SO MUCH cheaper! When I was working for Marks and Spencer, I once saw this amazing clothing factory that was nearly 100% automated (not in China). It was very impressive as clothes were hung and are carried from one station to another. The problem with these clothing factories is that the initial investment is quite massive. China, on the other hand, just has hundreds of people. Its looks like the shopping malls during holiday season and all you need to buy is hundreds of sewing machines! Most people working in factories are young females (no children..at least that is what they say). The major setback or disadvantage in using manual labor is that quality is very unstable. I'm sure you've been to a department store and tried to purchase a pair of stylist, fashionable jeans with holes and fades correct? Do you ever wonder why they are never the same? Next time you are at the mall, look at the holes and the parts where there is substantial wear. If your jeans are from China, it was done manually. I've seen jeans factories where they actually use sand paper and pomus rock to create this effect. It's actually quite funny seeing hundreds of people with a piece of sand paper messing up a pair of perfectly fine jeans. I've even seen factories use belt sanders (some circular sanders) to destroy jeans! Bleaching is done manually as well. How you ask? easy, a room filled with people with brushes and a tub of beach next to them. All men may be created equal but jeans are definitely all different. This is why the next time you purchase a pair of Calvin Klein jeans, ask for several jeans to see which you like most. Trust me, they are all different (some what). For bad factories, you'll even notice that there is slight size variations. Do you really think these manufacturers or CK will 100% check all the sizes. NO WAY! They just check some here and there and do what they call random inspection. Plus, size specs are allowed variations so even though your jeans say size 2, not all size 2 jeans are the same. Deskripsi Bunga Mawar Tanaman bunga mawar ini termasuk ke dalam tumbuhan golongan tingkat tinggi, karena mempunyai biji tertutup. Tumbuhan dikotil ini mempunyai batang yang berkayu dan juga berakar tunggal yang mana dapat membesar karena mempunyai kambium. Terdapat lebih dari 100 jenis bunga mawar dan mayoritas berupa semak belukar yang bisa tumbuh hingga setinggi 2 sampai 5 meter. Tapi, ada pula yang tergolong ke dalam jenis tumbuhan merambat yang bisa tumbuh hingga 20 sampai 25 meter. Untuk nama latin dari bunga mawar yaitu Rosa sp dari genus Rosaceae dengan taksonomi sebagai berikut:  Kingdom : Plantae Divisi : Spermatophyta Sub Divisi : Angiospermae Kelas : Dicotyledoneae Ordo : Rosanales Famili : Rosaceae Genus : Rosa Spesies : Rosa hiproida atau Rosa sp. Ada beberapa jenis bunga mawar yang bisa menghasilkan buah yang dikenal dengan nama rose hips. Karena adanya kandungan vitamin C yang tinggi, rose hips ini banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pembuatan produk kosmetik atau perawatan kecantikan. Bunga yang satu ini asalnya dari daratan Eropa Timur, Cina, dan Timur Tengah. Ciri-Ciri Bunga Mawar Setiap jenis bunga mawar mempunyai ciri khas tersendiri, seperti misalnya warna, corak, dan juga pola yang terlihat pada kelopak bunganya. Akan tetapi, terdapat beberapa ciri umum yang ada di semua jenis bunga mawar, antara lain: Akar atau RadixBentuk akar dari tumbuhan mawar ini yaitu bulat memanjang ke bawah dan berwarna coklat mudah dan coklat tua. Adapun fungsi dari akar yaitu untuk menyokong tanaman supaya bisa tegak dan menyerap unsur hara dari dalam tanah. Batang atau CaulisBatang dari bunga mawar biasanya berbentuk bulat memanjang dengan cabang yang tidak beraturan. Diameternya sendiri sangat kecil, sehingga sangat rentan terhadap predator besar. Daun atau FoliumTumbuhan bunga mawar ini mempunyai daun majemuk, dimana di dalam satu batang ada sekitar 5 hingga 9 daun. Daun mawar berwarna hijau muda dan tua, berbentuk bulat kecil memanjang dengan ukuran lebih 2 hingga 3 cm dan ujungnya meruncing dan bergerigi. Mawar EdenJika harus menyebutkan salah satu jenis bunga mawar yang paling cantik, maka bunga mawar eden adalah juaranya. Bunga yang satu ini dikenalkan pertama kali oleh Marie Luise Meiland kepada publik melalui ajang Meiland International di tahun 1985. Di negara yang memiliki empat musim, mawan eden akan mekar di akhir musim semi sampai penghujung musim panas. Selain terlihat sangat cantik, jenis bunga mawar ini terkenal dengan ukurannya yang besar. Dimana diameter bunganya bisa mencapai 10 cm dengan jumlah kelopak mencapai 70 helai. Kemudian untuk tinggi tanaman secara keseluruhan berkisar antara 100 hingga 365 cm. Warna dari jenis mawar ini cukup khas, yaitu pink di bagian tengah, kemudian semakin keluar akan semakin memudar warnanya sampai menjadi putih bersih. Mawar Kubis Jenis bunga mawar yang satu ini disebut kubis karena model kelopaknya yang mirip dengan sayuran kubis. Ukuran kelopaknya relatif besar dan bertumpuk rapat sampai membentuk bulatan. Jenis bunga mawar ini diperoleh dari hasil persilangan yang dilakukan oleh seorang pembudidaya mawar di abad ke-17. Tinggi dari tumbuhan mawar ini berkisar antara 30 hingga 40 cm. Mawar Talitha Jenis  bunga mawar yang satu ini merupakan salah satu jenis mawar yang tergolong unik karena tidak berwarna merah, melainkan berwarna oranye. Mawar talitha merupakan salah satu jenis bunga potong dengan bunga ganda. Untuk ukuran bunganya tidak berbeda jauh dengan bunga mawar jenis lainnya. Saat mekar, ukuran bunga mawar ini hanya sebesar 8 cm. Sementara untuk tangkainya, tumbuhan mawar ini hanya berukuran sekitar 50 hingga 100 cm. Setelah dipotong dari tangkainya, kesegaran dari bunga mawar ini bisa bertahan antara 7 sampai 9 hari di dalam vas bunga Mawar Putri Hampir mirip dengan bunga mawar talitha, jenis bunga mawar putri juga termasuk ke dalam jenis mawar potong dengan jenis bunga ganda. Namun, bedanya yaitu bunga mawar putri mempunyai warna merah tua atau dark red. Bunga mawar putri lebih sering dijadikan sebagai hadiah karena mempunyai aroma yang lebih wangi daripada jenis bunga mawar yang lainnya. Bahkan, aroma bunga mawar ini bisa bertahan sampai 10 hari bila disimpan di dalam vas bunga. Untuk ukuran dari bunga mawar ini tergolong lebih besar dibandingkan dengan bunga mawar talitha. Jika sedang mekar, ukurannya bisa mencapai 10 cm. Sementara untuk panjang batangnya bisa tumbuh mencapai 60 hingga 110 cm. Mawar Mega Putih Bunga mawar mega putih adalah salah satu jenis bunga mawar yang berukuran cukup besar. Saat kuncup saja, ukuran bunganya bisa mencapai 3 cm. Sementara saat mekar, bunga mawar ini mempunyai diameter yang mencapai 12 cm. Untuk menopang kelopak bunga yang cukup besar ini, bunga mawar mega putih mempunyai jenis batang yang kokoh yakni berukuran 7 hingga 8 cm. Sementara untuk panjang total tangkainya mencapai 90 cm.
