PT Oji Indo Makmur Perkasa bergerak di bidang produksi paper diapers yang dipasarkan dengan merk Moko Moko.
Divisi Perkebunan terutama bergerak di bidang pembudidayaan kelapa sawit, dimana sebagian besar pendapatan berasal dari penjualan minyak sawit (CPO), inti sawit (PK), serta produk-produk turunan lainnya. Divisi Perkebunan juga membudidayakan komoditas tebu, memproduksi dan menjual gula serta komoditas tanaman lainnya seperti karet, teh dan kakao. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2021, Divisi Perkebunan memiliki lahan inti seluas 300.749 hektar, dimana 83% atau 250.615 hektar ditanami kelapa sawit, 5% atau 16.228 hektar ditanami karet, 5% atau 14.411 hektar ditanami tebu, sedangkan sisanya dengan tanaman-tanaman lainnya, terutama hutan tanaman industri, kakao dan teh. Grup SIMP juga menjalin kemitraan dengan petani plasma untuk sekitar 90.229 hektar perkebunan kelapa sawit dan karet. Divisi Perkebunan memiliki dua pusat penelitian dan pengembangan (Litbang) – Sumatra Bioscience (SumBio) di Bah Lias, Sumatera Utara dan PT Sarana Inti Pratama (SAIN) di Pekanbaru, Riau. Kedua pusat Litbang tersebut melakukan program-program Litbang secara ekstensif dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja di berbagai bidang, termasuk hasil panen, ketahanan tanaman, pengendalian hama dan penyakit, serta praktik manajemen perkebunan. Divisi Perkebunan juga memiliki fasilitas Litbang masing-masing untuk komoditas tebu di Sumatera Selatan dan untuk kegiatan usaha Minyak & Lemak Nabati di Jakarta. Divisi Perkebunan mengoperasikan 27 pabrik kelapa sawit dengan total kapasitas pengolahan Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) sebesar 7,2 juta ton per tahun pada tanggal 31 Desember 2021. Divisi Perkebunan juga mengoperasikan 3 lini produksi karet remah, 2 lini produksi karet lembaran, 2 pabrik pengolahan dan penyulingan gula, 1 pabrik kakao dan 1 pabrik teh.
