Our company that has been operating in Istanbul since 1991 established its facilities in Havran / Balıkesir Turkey in 1994 to produce and distribute acid oil which is raw vegetable oil for animal feed. Our factory is established on a total of 8000 square meter area (2500 covered). Physical-Chemical-Biological Treatment Unit and Acid Oil Production Unit are operating in our factory. For this purpose, we process side products that are coming from neutralization and vinterization processes in refineries such as soap-stocks and raw vegetable oil sediments from the bottom of the tanks according to the standards of E.U vegetable oil industries. Produced oils are controlled in technological laboratories and dispatched by specially-equipped vehicles. Our annually production capacity is15,000 tones soap-stock, 5,000 tones acid oil and 10,000 tones refined oil. Our facility is licensed by The Turkish Environment Ministry according to environment code no: 2872 paragraph 8, 11 and 12 as ‘Waste Vegetable Oil Recycling Facility’. KİMYA SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. İs producing and distributing vegetable oil for feed and chemical industries in Turkey and to the world. Therefore, having an environmental responsibility and understanding urged us to set up a facility in order to process and export side products that are coming from our refinery and from other refineries.
